HALO Therapist Application
At HALO Project, our clinicians have the unique opportunity to build and grow their own practices while being part of a collaborative, trauma-informed team that is deeply committed to healing children, individuals, and families.
HALO provides referrals, office space, administrative support, and opportunities for ongoing professional growth, while clinicians maintain independence in managing their caseloads and schedules. Our team serves a wide variety of clients, including private pay, insurance-based, foster and adoptive families, and individuals impacted by significant trauma and adversity.
Because serving vulnerable populations is central to HALO’s mission, clinicians are expected to dedicate a portion of their caseload to serving HALO Program participants and underinsured clients, including individuals utilizing SoonerCare and scholarship-supported services.
Clinicians at HALO also participate in the life of the organization through:
- Trauma-informed trainings and continuing education opportunities
- Collaboration with other clinicians and community partners
- Support of HALO programs and therapeutic initiatives
- Participation in our trauma-informed culture and mission
We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about connection, growth, and bringing hope and healing to the individuals and families we serve.
If you are interested in learning more about joining the HALO team, we would love to connect with you.
