HALO Chief Operating Officer Application
The HALO Project is currently seeking candidates for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this pivotal role, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer and manage the day- to-day operations of the organization, while carrying forward the vision to “bring deep healing to children, families, and individuals all over the world.” A new position that will manage full- time staff, oversee the budget, analyze outcome data, and achieve revenue targets, this role will get to be an essential part of taking HALO, a transformational, healthy organization, now in its thirteenth year, to the next level.
You will need to be:

Passionate about listening to, learning from, and implementing operational strategy centered around the expertise of mental health advocates and professionals.

Strategic in your communication, planning and execution; able to think outside-the- box.

A self-starter – able to problem solve with limited information.

Familiar with technology integration and process formation.

Comfortable with and experienced in managing numbers – budgets, data, revenue metrics, etc.
What you will do:

Develop, present, and manage the annual budget.

Establish employment and administrative policies and procedures for all functions and execute their ongoing utilization for the day-to-day operation of the organization.

Supervise, collaborate with administrative staff.

Manage day-to-day logistics and operations across the organization.
-
Oversee marketing and other communications efforts.
-
Review and approve contracts for services.

Strategic planning implementation, tracking.
-
Analyze tracked data/outcomes for use in fundraising and marketing.

Oversee revenue-generating activities, including space leases & event rental, product sales, curriculum income, etc.

Qualifications:
-
8+ years of operations, management, and/or finance expertise.
-
Experience leading a team.
-
Track record of walking out nurture + structure in a professional setting.

Willingness to provide both personal and professional references.
