– Save the lives of vulnerable children using your own unique gifts and talents
– Attend monthly meetings
– Commit to sharing the mission of HALO with others
– Support the current development activities of HALO as possible
– Participate in 1 teen board led project each semester
– Commit to always working towards strong leadership and positive self worth
